„Niebo’czowy” to wizualna opowieść o wsi, której już nie ma. Na zdjęciach widać opuszczone domy, puste ulice, porzucone ogrody i zniszczone płoty, wszystko spowite spokojem, który kontrastuje z tym, co kiedyś tętniło życiem. Światło pada na rozlane 'niebo' i resztki codzienności — stare narzędzia, fragmenty mebli, zaniedbane już budynki. Każdy kadr oddaje atmosferę ciszy, przemijania i samotności, a zarazem niesie pamięć ludzi, którzy tu żyli. W tym miejscu powstał zbiornik retencyjny, a nowa wieś Nieboczowy została przesiedlona w nowe miejsce.

A reservoir was built here, and the new village of Nieboczowy was relocated to a new location.
